A modular, world platform cab was designed to be used on the entire line of trucks thereby reducing development time and production costs. This more spacious and comfortable cab interior has a better field of vision, improved ergonomic control locations, an integrated arm rest and new multifunction display technologies.
The interior panels were designed in a modular fashion, allowing for multiple trim level configurations and, therefore, reduced development time and production costs.
Working as an integrated team with the JLG staff led to innovative designs, lower costs and faster time to market for the initial platform as well as downstream models. The Brownlie team was assembled to bring aesthetic elements as well as technical and CAD capabilities to the project.
