Knickerbocker Bedbeam
Knickerbocker challenged Brownlie Design to develop a product to replace wood slats and metal struts typically used for under bed support. The solution was the patented Bedbeam, which adds superior support and improves the performance of the mattress and box spring. A key component of this product is the ease of set up for installers who deliver and set up new bedding. The Bedbeam is fastened to the frame, and then the support leg is adjusted to height by simply pulling the leg down to the floor and turning 90 degrees, locking it in place without using any tools. A sliding width adjustment accommodates wood beds that are wider or narrower than the norm.
